At Timeout Fitness, before the commencement of your personal training workout session, assessment will be conducted on your Health, Body Composition and Fitness.

  • Assessment on Health is to establish your present health status.
  • Body Composition assessment will be carried out by using a body composition monitoring unit, which will reveal a comprehensive 2 pages report, the report will assist us in setting realistic goals.
  • Fitness assessment is to determine what level of exercise you commence to avoid exercising too much too soon.

After the assessment procedures a personalised programme will be designed for your specific needs, taking into account your health history and fitness level.

At Timeout Fitness you will be guided and supported through every aspect of exercising right, including advice on important nutritional guidelines and healthy eating habit.

NO DIETS! NO CALORIE COUNTING! BUT PORTION SIZE MATTERS! It is all about having the right food, right amount “portion Size” at the right time of the day. Also at Timeout Fitness, you will learn more about food to eat before and after exercise; get to know the food that is causing weight gain; lack of energy; etc.
